The 117 series, a limited release collection, debuted in Spring 2021. Warehouse H, a symbol of Old Forester's post-WWII growth, was constructed in 1946 to house 50,000 barrels. This four-story, eight-chamber warehouse was designed for heat cycling in winter months below 60F, pausing maturation. Warehouse H's heat cycling profile is unique, with the first floor sometimes reaching the highest temperatures.
