- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: Polyurethane Spacer Installation for 40mm/1.6 inch Lift Must re-use with Original Spring Coils. No new hardware requirement to assemble Spacers. These PU spacers must sit on top of your Strut as shown in the picture above. Make sure the holes on the Spacer match the bolts on the Strut. Unscrew the Strut Mount plate. Replace the bolts from the Strut Mount with the new longer bolts included in the kit. Double-check all bolts and connections for tightness
