- Each Knife uses a traditional Japanese octagonal shaped Tortoise Shell Resin Handle. This handle is water proof and will not crack or expand over time.
- Our promise to you! Each knife is individually made by hand and rigorously inspected before earning a red dot seal at the end of the handle.
