- Dimensions: The HL-40 mixing cartridge measures 4.33” (110 mm) in length. The outer width measures 1-⅝” (40mm). Intensely tested by the manufacturer to ensure the cartridge can meet the demand of your shower.
- Value: Economical valve versus replacing the entire valve. The HL-40 compatible cartridge is a tremendous valve and provides the correct part to fixing your plumbing issues. The HL-40 is a great part to use for either the plumbing professional or a DIYer with a compatible valve body installed already.
- Other Components: The HL-40 boast square brass broach which is compatible with a number of square broach handles. The threaded insert is designed for handle screws, while the flat sides are designed to work in tandem with a handle that utilizes a set screw. This version of the HL-40 is the mid size, there is also an extra long 5-¼” version and a 3” version.
